BSCC Summer Staff

Our Summer Staff are the behind the scenes workers who keep camp going from session to session. Camp would not happen without these awesome servants who want to see young people grow in Christ!

Join the Team

Here at Butler Springs, we strive to create a distraction-free environment where campers and guests can come to know Jesus or deepen a relationship with Him. To do this, we have several different teams, Programming, Food Service, Housekeeping, Grounds and Office. While there are different roles, all of our summer staff members train together, live together, and are with each other much of the day. BSCC summer staff are provided with housing and meals through out the summer. Many of the jobs here at camp are behind the scenes but are essential to a successful summer.

Programming

**Must be 18 years old or older to apply for our programming staff.**

Run our adventure activities, interact with campers, lifeguard, maintain equipment, and more on our programming team. This is a great way to gain leadership experience and become a better communicator!

Housekeeping

We strive to create a distraction-free environment everyday for our campers and guests. One of the most important ways we can do that is by keeping campus clean. The housekeeping team cleans dorms and other shared areas daily making sure everyone has what they need. This role is great for people who love to serve others.

Food Service

Everyone on campus eats at least three times a day. That means we need people to help us make it. Join our food service team to create tasty food for our campers, volunteers, and staff daily. This role includes assisting the head cook prep food, cleaning before and after meals, maintaining cleanliness in all areas of your work, and interacting with campers.

Grounds

If you like to fix things, be outside, and make sure landscaping looks great, our grounds team is for you. Mow the grass, maintain buildings and outdoor facilities, split firewood and more. This is a great way to learn new skills and hone in on the ones you already have.

Office

The office team will work to make sure all the behind the scenes things like, registration, communication with families, and leaders, check-in and out run smoothly. In this role, you will also run the camp store, interact with campers and their families, and help maintain schedules of the camp sessions.
