Our Summer Staff are the behind the scenes workers who keep camp going from session to session. Camp would not happen without these awesome servants who want to see young people grow in Christ!

Here at Butler Springs, we strive to create a distraction-free environment where campers and guests can come to know Jesus or deepen a relationship with Him. To do this, we have several different teams, Programming, Food Service, Housekeeping, and Grounds. While there are different roles, all of our summer staff members train together, live together, and are with each other much of the day. BSCC summer staff are provided with housing and meals through out the summer. Many of the jobs here at camp are behind the scenes but are essential to a successful summer.

Join the Food Servie Team for the summer to make sure campers are well fed! As a member of this team you will help make delicious meals, interact with campers as they are in the dining hall, keep the dining area clean, and more.
This role includes almost everything it takes to keep camp looking beautiful. From basic building maintenance, to weed trimming, to painting, and more, this position is great for anyone who enjoys fixing things and wants to learn even more!
As a member of the Programming Staff, you will lead adventure activities for all campers. To be on the programming team, you must be 18 years old or older at the time of the job training (late May), be willing to become a Certified Lifeguard, feel comfortable talking to groups of people, and NOT be afraid of heights.
It is important that campers and guests are comfortable while they are here at camp and a large part of that comes down to keeping camp clean. The Housekeeping team cleans dorms and other shared areas daily, leads all staff on major clean-up days, and is responsible for reporting any major problems they see in dorm areas to the grounds team.
