This person will be a crucial part of making sure everyday functions of camp happen smoothly. Along with with the daily functions and assisting with check-in and registration, the Office Staff will run canteen daily. This includes, setting-up, serving, and cleaning up for each canteen session, oversee volunteers who will assist you at canteen, and keeping track of inventory. Office Staff should be flexible, organized, and able to lead others.

About Our Summer Staff
Here at Butler Springs, we strive to create a distraction-free environment where campers and guests can come to know Jesus or deepen a relationship with Him. To do this, we have several different teams, Kitchen Staff, Programming Staff, Grounds Staff, Housekeeping Staff, and Office Staff. All of our summer staff members train together, live together, and are with each other much of the day. BSCC summer staff are provided with housing and meals through out the summer. Many of the jobs here at camp are behind the scenes
It is important that our summer staff are able to attend staff training and be present throughout the summer.

Food Service Staff:
Our Food Service Staff will be support for our head cook. Food Service Staff are in charge of preparing, setting up, and cleaning up meals. We are looking for people who want to be "behind the scenes" doing one of the most important jobs there is here at camp, make sure campers get fed! It is important that Kitchen Staff want to provide good service, have good time-management skills, and can make anything fun!
Programming Staff (must be 18 years old or older):
As a member of the Programming Staff you will run the high ropes course, zip-line, giant swing, rock wall, archery, bazooka ball, lifeguard and more! You will be trained on how to facilitate all of these activities. Programming Staff will be required to become lifeguard certified (BSCC will pay for your certification). Our Programming Staff will also be in charge of evening activities like evening swims, campfires, and more. Programming Staff are expected to have a positive attitude, be able to manage the safety of groups, be trained on and facilitate our activities, and be encouraging to all campers.
Our Grounds Staff is in charge of making sure camp looks great all summer long. Grounds Staff mows grass, paints, builds, and assists the facilities director with projects around camp. These staff members are expected to work hard to make sure the grounds of camp are free of distractions for campers. Grounds Staff is for people who want to learn new skills, like being outside, and don't mind getting their hands dirty! This crew is essential to how camp functions, so being reliable is extremely important.
Housekeeping Staff are essential in maintaining the distraction-free environment. When dorms are clean, paper towels are stocked, and the floor is swept our guests are able to focus more on Jesus and having fun! Housekeeping Staff will do daily dorm and bathroom checks, makes sure common areas are clean throughout the day, and lead building cleanings on turn-over days. Our Housekeeping Staff need to be detail oriented, have a positive attitude, and be organized.
